評分##讀瞭大半本，還是棄瞭。理論基本全是cliche，真的沒人不知道好嗎。例子全是自己的personal 和anecdotal story外加“我傢facebook如何如何”，太狹窄瞭咱能來點不一樣的觀點麼。再看文筆和寫作，生硬引用名人名言還有反問句，真的停留在高中SAT水平瞭，讀著不要太尷尬。講management的書還有很多更好的，這本令人很失望。

評分對忽然要管幾十人甚至幾百人的互聯網第一代管理者，是個值得多翻翻的小冊子。談到瞭有很多不易言傳的坑，也有很多理想主義在裏麵。現在越來越覺得，corporate governance和political savviness可能是會並存的兩個東西，對前者的優化不一定帶來後者的降低。 理解他人，達成共識，真是世界上最難的事情之一瞭。

評分##簡單淺顯的一本書，很適閤Audible聽。好處是簡單不裝，缺點是把問題簡單化的傾嚮。可能是因為作者的職場道路順利，經曆簡單，少年人的心性也還未被磨平。在前司見過作者幾麵，印象分不錯加一星
