作者簡介

　　R．R．帕爾默（Robert RosweH Palmer，1909—2002），美國著名曆史學傢，曾任美國曆史學會主席，長期執教普林斯頓大學。著有918世紀法國的天主教徒與不信神者》、《12人的統治——法國革命的恐怖歲月》和兩捲本《民主革命時代——歐洲和美國的政治史，1760-1800》等。獨力完成瞭《近現代世界史》第一版。
　　喬爾科爾頓（Joel Colton），長期執教杜剋大學曆史係，後擔任洛剋菲勒基金會人文研究項目負責人。1979年當選美國藝術與科學學院院士。從《近現代世界史》第二版開始參與撰稿。
　　勞埃德剋雷默（Lloyd Kramer），北卡萊羅納大學曆史係教授，普林斯頓高等研究院曆史研究所、國傢人文中心成員，擔任法國曆史研究學會主席。從《近現代世界史》第九版開始參與撰稿。

在書店看上瞭這本書一直想買可惜太貴又不打摺，迴傢決定上京東看看，果然有摺扣。毫不猶豫的買下瞭，京東速度果然非常快的，從配貨到送貨也很具體，快遞非常好，很快收到書瞭。書的包裝非常好，沒有拆開過，非常新，可以說無論自己閱讀傢人閱讀，收藏還是送人都特彆有麵子的說，特彆精美；各種十分美好雖然看著書本看著相對簡單，但也不遑多讓，塑封都很完整封麵和封底的設計、繪圖都十分好畫讓我覺得十分細膩具有收藏價值。
