評分##下午花瞭兩個小時認真讀完瞭，瞭解瞭一些海豹突擊隊的訓練情況，非常佩服這些鐵人（身體和精神上都是巨人）。確實有幾處說到心坎裏瞭，但是這些雞湯書講的道理都差不多，不是很驚艷，但是基本值迴書價。
