評分##很短小的一本書，十個小主題，有點雞湯，但是也還挺好讀（可能有時候就是需要讀一些這樣的小故事）。作者真的好厲害~~喜歡具備這些品質的人~
評分##下午花瞭兩個小時認真讀完瞭，瞭解瞭一些海豹突擊隊的訓練情況，非常佩服這些鐵人（身體和精神上都是巨人）。確實有幾處說到心坎裏瞭，但是這些雞湯書講的道理都差不多，不是很驚艷，但是基本值迴書價。
