##在同名演讲上有所扩充。简短有力，少废话。整本书即便是出声念出来，也用不了两个小时。非常能振奋人心。

评分##很短小的一本书，十个小主题，有点鸡汤，但是也还挺好读（可能有时候就是需要读一些这样的小故事）。作者真的好厉害~~喜欢具备这些品质的人~
评分##下午花了两个小时认真读完了，了解了一些海豹突击队的训练情况，非常佩服这些铁人（身体和精神上都是巨人）。确实有几处说到心坎里了，但是这些鸡汤书讲的道理都差不多，不是很惊艳，但是基本值回书价。
评分##看的是Penguin出版社的版本，内容有些重复，但是以一个SEAl队员的身份延伸出人生道理来说有点让人心潮澎湃！
