##很棒的一本書，因為作者是女性所以默默加瞭一星～閱讀建議是tech lead讀tech lead+managing people，manager讀managing a team+managing multiple team，之後公司文化那幾章適閤所有人群。整本書隻講technical managing其實是比較focused but constrained，可以搭配各種管理學教材閱讀。
評分##全是血淚啊 寫得太實在太好瞭…一開始會想做手頭這個項目前讀到這本就好瞭大概會少走很多彎路，可是沒踩過坑吃過💩也不會如此有共鳴吧。所以TL;DR這是一本therapy book嗎🌚
