評分##Sen描繪瞭一個理想主義者的願景，但對凡人來說卻太過無力，畢竟眾生皆苦，現代社會的發展史，就是普通人被物化、異化，成為少數精英階級犧牲品的曆史。
評分以自由看待發展並不是自由主義的宣言。這書在西方自有它對話的語境，可惜跑到中國以後隻剩下一句“民主是一種普世價值”瞭。嘆。

評分##森博士論述自由的經典書目，可是到目前為止那麼多國傢（特彆是撒哈拉以南國傢）的發展似乎都在證明以‘發展途徑的自由’為中心的發展並沒有帶來自由，那麼在缺乏‘兩個基本點’前提下的這個中心價值何在？
