When Billy, a troubled young man, comes to private eye Cormoran Strike's office to ask for his help investigating a crime he thinks he witnessed as a child, Strike is left deeply unsettled. 評分越寫越長…開局一憨人，後邊全靠聊，現場證據幾乎為零，全靠訪談和推測人物關係，具體方法在於竊聽、激怒和討好客戶，以便得到對辦客戶的案子有利的消息——權貴階級真是矯情。羅賓shithole婚姻讓我莫名共情，她於徹底疲憊失意之時想起Blanc de Blanc是全書最佳段落，超越瞭推理作品，羅琳突圍。同是糟糕童年，有人成為光明，有人墮入黑暗，斯特萊剋可沒有什麼製度化的同情，命運理所當然假定被握在人自己手中。中譯本必須把put horse翻成“放馬”，不然我是不答應的！每本書引文都為我種草，這次打算去讀羅斯莫莊

評分##結尾當伏筆一一被呼應，羅斯莫莊成瞭親切的金子。文筆是好的，因此600多頁讀起來也不纍。 #這一部纔寫到2012年，Robin28歲，距離萊斯特城奪冠，英國脫歐還有很長的一段時間。

評分##還挺好看的。羅琳還真執著決定一個人的是自己的選擇這個主題啊！羅賓那個不自信啊，太感同身受瞭。說起來，同人不算的話，這應該是我讀的第一部讀之前完全不知道故事情節的英文小說，能懂個七八成吧，所以應該英文還是有點進步的？拍拍自己的肩膀，請繼續加油，一個新世界在徐徐展開。。。
