評分##Parts of it are not as easy to grasp. I also got the audio-book and I overlapped reading and listening on certain sections in order to better absorb the content. A refreshing and interesting exposition into metaphysical topics of consciousness and self. Sam Harris is always stimulating.

評分##我讀完覺得整本書就在強調冥想是為瞭消除“自我”這個幻象，順便瞭解瞭一下一些關於大腦的知識，附帶關於緻幻劑對大腦的作用和對靈修師傅的批判……就是覺得內容有點雜亂吧
