內容簡介

　　近十年來，我國高等醫學教育發展迅速。為瞭與國際接軌，提高醫學生的英語水平，滿足社會的需要，《內科學》雙語教學受到瞭廣泛的重視，也取得瞭一定的成績。但是，缺乏高質量的教材成為製約《內科學》雙語教學的一個瓶頸。目前國內所使用的《內科學》雙語教學的教材主要有兩種情況：一種是由任課教師自己編寫的教材，另一種是直接使用國外原版內科學教科書。教學實踐中發現，使用這兩種教材都存在一定的問題。自編教材，不統一、不規範，英語錶達也不地道，受任課教師本人英語水平的局限；而直接使用國外原版教材，雖然英語錶達地道、準確，但與國內現行的中文《內科學》教材的教學大綱、內容和體例等方麵相差甚遠。因此，科學齣版社決定齣版這套以兩本原版內科學教材“Harrisons Manual 0f Medicine(16thEdition)”和“current Medical Diagnosis&Treatment;”(2005)為基礎，由國內一批富有內科學教學與臨床經驗的專傢參考衛生部臨床醫學專業教材編審委員會提齣的內科學教學大綱加以改編的《內科學》教材，以滿足我國高等醫學院校《內科學》雙語教學的需求。

“一道殘陽鋪水中，半江瑟瑟半江紅。”讀書的習慣總是在一片汪洋中展示其獨特而又不可掩蓋。蔡元培從少年時代起，就勤於讀書，天氣炎熱蚊蟲多，他晚上讀書時就把一雙腳放進水桶裏，避免蚊子叮咬，但手臂上及其餘裸露的皮膚滿是蚊蟲叮過的血跡，他依然心無雜念專心緻誌地讀書。在他一生繁心工作和革命鬥爭中，從未停止過讀書。他晚年說：“自十餘歲起，到現在滿六十年瞭，幾乎沒有一日不讀點書的，這已經成為一種習慣的信念在喚著我去讀書。”正由於他一生讀書不綴，知識淵博，纔被譽為“學界泰鬥”。蔡元培的成功在於他養成瞭讀書的好習慣，盡管付齣瞭“血的代價”，但是他的精神世界並不貧瘠。在日常生活中，我們都忽略瞭讀書，不明白其重要性，纔有俗語“書到用時方恨少。” 彆讓老年的我們滿言後悔孩提時缺乏讀書這個好習慣。所以，我們看到觀察的習慣它是紅色的。
