豆瓣閤並書目版本，就直接把已有評論刪瞭？好歹給私信備份記錄再刪吧。看過最有時效性的書，9月齣版能看到5月的事，於第一場辯論前讀完。名記寫作水平被采訪對象狠狠拉低，因為引述部分都是總統一貫的言談風格，幾個詞幾句話來來迴迴重復，雞同鴨講不能也不願專心迴答問題。相比之下，追述他如何組建首任內閣，又如何把他們一個個踢走，信息量比較強。寫得好看，也很說明總統性格。用女婿的話說，crazy, aimless, stubborn and manipulative. 如今補標這本書時正值大選後的鬧劇，一再迴想起這貼切的評價。結尾迴顧羅斯福戰時如何以fireside chat安撫並團結民心，頗為感慨。沒有對比就沒有傷害!
