馬德琳·米勒（MadelineMiller，1978.7.24-）
作傢、教師、莎士比亞戲劇導演。
1978年齣生於波士頓，在紐約和費城長大，就讀於布朗大學，獲得古典文學學士和碩士學位。曾在芝加哥大學和耶魯大學戲劇學院學習，在那裏，她專注於研究如何使經典文本以現代形式改編。在過去的十五年裏，她一直在教高中生拉丁語、希臘語和莎士比亞戲劇。

##這是一本從女性視角講訴希臘神話的娓娓道來的小說，我願稱之為一個女人的史詩。大眾熟知的史詩都是男人寫的，寫的也都是男人，波瀾壯闊，喊打喊殺，這何嘗不是一種瑪麗蘇？那些拿這本小說跟女尊文或者荷馬史詩作比的人未免也太可笑瞭，我隻感受到瞭社會對於女性依然深重的偏見，以及我們需要更多像Madeline Miller這樣的作傢。
