評分##說實話從沒想過自己在某個人生階段會被一個 former navy seal 的自傳啓發到。David Goggins essentially is obsessed with suffering 不讓自己過得太舒服,並從中尋找到 peace 的精神境界似乎很常見,但又不尋常。 有聲書/播客蠻有聽頭的,個人覺得可能比讀文字效果更好。Callusing your mind, motivation is bullshit
