評分##【有聲書】這本書exceeded my expectations，作者那麼激情的朗讀讓我覺得這些insecurities真的是她這麼多年來得到的財富。給瞭我找多的啓發，像如何不一直沉浸在睏難中，如何對得起自己給自己的promise, 或者如何deal with自己的obsession。還有就是英語還挺美的，instead of drawing lines, draw our neighbors closer。這本書跟以前看到過navy一個officer給他的士兵的演講，make your bed。都是一種對自己可以掌控自己人生，帶來變化，實現夢想，一步一個腳印每天積纍，以及如何mind over matter的對自己負責，把自己帶離現在的“坑”。
