Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. 评分##好好看！其實套路並不新-打怪，quest，友誼。但樣樣都是小朋友（或大朋友）喜歡的元素-魔法，解謎，神秘，運動，角色逆轉。人物角色好壞參雜，也讓故事多了一份驚喜。果斷追下去。P.S.覺得英文比中文好讀，人名地名不那麽拗口。
评分##我了个去，大学时JK罗琳出一本看一本，觉得确实不错，但是没到那个程度。现在30+的中年妇女了，重新第一本开始看英文版，我靠这TM写得太好了啊！各种细微差别的英文单词的行云流水一般的运用，明明看到的文字，却好像眼前真的是动态的画面。上一次出现这样情况是好多年前第一次看三国的时候了。。罗琳真的是有点牛逼的，无怪乎哈利波特系列能取得这么大的成功。
评分Can't believe it was my first time to read the original book of HP. It was funny, imaginative, creative and easy to read. Compared with the movie, it had more details and was more complete; for Neville who became brave in the end, the storyline was more reasonable. But movie was also influential as what I can imagine was just the scene from it.
