Franklyn M. Branley was Astronomer Emeritus and former Chairman of the American Museum-Hayden Planetarium. In 1960, he originated the Let's-Read-and-Find-Out Science series. Dr. Branley was the author of over 150 science books for children.

推荐的图书，还是不错的，这本诱惑，片很大，图案清楚，适合宝宝看。穿过卡片的丝带如果设计的更牢固，不易损坏，就更好了，该丝带首先不容易穿过洞，很易坏。建议买者先用火烧一下，会保持时间长。适合两岁以内的宝宝。卡片的质量没得说，而且设计很科学，四边都有打孔，方便家长灵活组合，图片分类、图画色彩都没得说，卡片都有经过倒角处理，不会伤害孩子，孩子很是喜欢看。如果说90年代以前的校园还是一种死读书的校园的话，那1990年代之后的校园则更具有个性话，像伏地魔一样从外部渗透到校园里来的“恶”（复杂的成人化交往模式之“恶”、黑社会和小混混之“恶”，孩子们内心深处不知从何处沾染却又一时难以澄明的“恶”，等等）则几乎没有被任何“儿童文学”触及，更谈不上提供一套想象的消解模式供小朋友们进行“镜像印证”。人们在面对“恶”的时候，往往希望自己可以看到“恶”的本质！而《哈利·波特》正好提供给青少年一个自身年龄段中发生的“正邪对立”的故事。
