總覺得張小嫻的書能讓人心靜下來，生活的腳步停下來。每天都在快節奏的生活中穿行著，重復著同樣的事情，越來越對生活有一種得過且過的態度， 總想買本書洗滌一下心靈的汙濁與急躁，所以買瞭一本《謝謝你離開我》，很不錯的選擇。看瞭幾天瞭，心裏有一種充實的感覺。“無論單身與否，首先要有自己的獨立性。因為離開原本就是愛情與人生的常態，那些痛苦增加瞭生命的厚度，有一天，當我們可以微笑地轉身，就會明白，一個不愛你的人，絕不會比你的生命更重要。”即使離開瞭，但是曾經愛過，在一起過，也不會留下太多的遺憾。“愛一個人隻有兩條路，給他自由，或是成為很棒的女人”如果真的愛他卻不能成為一個對他來說很棒的女人，那就放他自由，還他一片天地，自己在心底保留那一份對他深深的愛意也足夠瞭！張小嫻用一種既溫柔又犀利的愛情文字，每一字句都打到心坎，讓我們豁然開朗，愛情的得失從來就不重要，當你捨棄一些，也許得到更多，隻要曾深深愛過，你的人生將愈加完整！ “人的一生，要經曆多少次離彆，又要經曆幾迴人麵桃花，然後終於習慣瞭身邊的人來來去去，終於明白瞭沒有永遠的相聚，也終於看淡瞭世事與人臉的種種變遷？“捨不得你。”這句話，卻又那麼難以開口。”字裏行間透漏瞭多少的無奈與不捨！“所有曾經痛徹心扉的離彆，也痛不過人生最後的一場離彆。到瞭這一天，從前的那些離彆又算什麼？有些離開，是為瞭使我們更好和更優秀地走到生命的終點。”這種看透紅塵般的警示覺言又豈是一般人所能想到的！“這輩子，能夠相守固然是好，無法相守，隻是因為不適閤。有些你愛過的人的確隻是個過程，他在你生命裏齣現，是為瞭使你茁壯，使你學會珍惜和付齣，使你終於知道這一生你想要的是什麼，你始終追尋的又是什麼。當天的墜落，換來的是日後的提升。那麼，當時的痛苦也就值得瞭。”是文章中我最喜歡的一段，兩個相愛的人卻不能相守，但是至少是有愛的過程的，當日的痛苦過後留給我們的還有提升，讓我們學會珍惜與付齣！真的愛一個人不隻是朝朝暮暮，更應該是兩個人不論是相隔多遠，心都一直是在一起的！“所有帶著愛或者帶著恨的離彆，也是一次痛苦的割裂。若做不到微笑道彆，鞠躬離場，那麼，是不是可以默然轉身，憋住眼淚，鞠躬離場？誰叫你當初愛上瞭呢？總有一天，你會對著過去的傷痛微笑。 你會感謝離開你的那個人，他配不上你的愛、你的好、你的癡心。他終究不是命定的那個人。幸好他不是。”有時候不是不喜歡，而是不夠很喜歡，不是不愛，而是不夠深愛！
