内容简介

始予出自南闽，速归江表，分甘与草木俱腐。诛茅城山以尚书孙公仲益所书云卧庵字而揭焉。公又以诗见寄，有「身世两相连，云闲卧不飞」之句，盖其知予者也。山顶高寒，非老者所宜，八见青黄，病随日生。繇是徙居曲江之感山。年运既往，与世日益疎阔，顺时制宜，以待溘然。或逃可畏之暑于松坞，或暴可爱之日于茆檐。身闲无事，遇宾朋过访，无可借口，则以畴昔所见所闻，公卿宿衲遗言逸迹，举而资乎物外谈笑之乐。不谓二三子剽闻，而耳亦熟矣，遂相与记诸，以《云卧纪谈》名之。然予所谈，未必世之贤者以为善，今会稗成编，无乃重予之遇欤。若夫文字性空，言语道断，以予终日谈为未尝谈，则庶几焉。云卧庵老僧自叙。

相与出资创小轮藏，庶几财法互陈，补其日给。岁在癸卯，徒弟遽殂，遂自任其洒扫之责，而量柴头、数米颗之外，无佗念装怀，且图睡快而已。
里兄谢事上蓝，既到山问，乐其幽寂，为留十有一月，应南源命而迁青原祖席，绿法颇盛。亦有二三衲子，不孤其竹篦用事。所用竹篦，乃大慧老师在梅阳来报恩，为兄弟人室者。无着尝作铭纪其由，铭有引曰：「大慧老师以竹篦揭示佛祖不传之妙，几四十年，遂使临济正派勃兴焉。至于居患难中，亦不倦提击。所以梅州报恩有竹篦在堂司也。江西莹仲温尝掌其职，得之而归，岂特为丛林千载之荣观邪？」无着妙摁谨稽首，为之铭曰：「南山有竹，不削自异，状若黑蜕，喷喷毒气，如尺之棰，用之无匮，锻圣烹凡，经天纬地。仲温得之，尤宜保秘。照映丛林，千古不坠。」愚涡沉乡并收得，诚为闲家具。溘然后，定被摩那辈将去拨火。何如于未盖棺前，以竹篦及无着亲写之铭，并归于里兄，所幸其用得灵验，想兄闻而必为之喜也。
其山头兄弟与兄契分厚，而过江西，愚得复见者，唯古冈永兄，受仰山命，时取道丰城，来庵所相访，因送其人院，其后迁大漏，二年而示寂。长溪晦兄住香城，亦至山舍，及董大漏，阅一月而委顺。建昌圆兄自鹅湖移仰山，迂路相寻，亦送其至临江慧力，无何领院事，七日而西道。然晦、圆二兄，世绿不假借如此，在其分上，又何憾焉？育王光兄，道福如是之盛，向来朝游夕处，而不识韦皋是贵人者多矣。
