物體在流體中運動時，受到的阻礙物體運動的力，叫流體阻力。這種阻力的大小與哪些因素有關呢？小剛同學猜想：流體阻力可能與運動物體錶麵粗糙程度有關。他設計瞭如下的實驗方案：1、用彈簧測力計拉一艘底麵光滑的船模型在水中運動，記下彈簧測力計的示數F1；2、用彈簧測力計拉一艘底麵粗糙的船模型在水中運動，記下彈簧測力計的示數F2；3通過比較彈簧測力計F1與F2的大小，就能得齣物體受到流體阻力是否與物體錶麵粗糙程度有關。繞物體流動的總阻力分為：摩擦阻力和壓差阻力（形狀阻力）兩部分。

形狀阻力：物體錶麵的壓力在來流方嚮投影的總和，由於粘性引起物體前、後壓力不平衡所緻，是流體粘性的間接作用結果。繞流綫型物體流動，若不齣現邊界層分離，仍然存在形狀阻力，隻是比相同迎風麵積的鈍體繞流阻力小的多而已。
