作者簡介

艾米莉·勃朗特（1810-1848），是英國十九世世紀著名女作傢。她在世界上僅僅度過瞭三十年便匆匆離開瞭人世。她還是個詩人，寫過一些極為深沉的抒情詩，她唯一的一部小說《呼嘯山莊》奠定瞭她在英國文學史以及世界文學史上的地位。她與姐姐夏洛蒂·勃朗特（《簡·愛》的作者）、妹妹安妮·勃朗特一起享譽文壇，被稱為“勃朗特三姐妹”。
