評分 評分##翻譯非常不符閤中國人的閱讀習慣，有些名詞真的不清楚他是什麼意思~解釋很勉強。 我比較喜歡的是他裏麵的研究用戶--為用戶建模-場景劇本編寫--框架和細化部分，它讓我清晰地瞭解瞭交互設計的基本過程。 但是關於交互設計原則，我覺得《設計心理學》裏麵說得比較好。

評分##翻瞭一遍。最有印象的一句話是：要想盡一切辦法減少用戶的負荷，認知負荷、記憶負荷、視覺負荷與物理負荷。這句話很實用，就像重構代碼裏的 Bad Smell 一樣，這些負荷是檢驗設計成果的一種驗證與度量工具。
