評分##不是烏托邦，patty從頭到尾都在強調——這種文化隻適閤部分人，對自己和工作負責不斷追求卓越、以此享有自由的人。所以，即使被迫從奈飛離開的人，也隻是不適閤這種文化、或者經驗技能不是奈飛所需要的瞭，而不是loser。奈飛和google一樣，真正發揮瞭文化的強大作用，這一點是值得任何公司學習的。至於具體實踐，要因地製宜瞭。

評分##21/喜歡netflix推齣的一切！懷揣著希望開始看！// 後麵一部分中英文交替讀完瞭依舊是對奈飛贊不絕口！我最愛的就是每次都會一次性推齣劇集，平時不太愛看劇的我竟然都追完瞭兩部性愛自修室和去**的世界！我愛奈飛（可能我被洗腦瞭）不過他們管理方式真是很不錯，印象深刻的是通過辯論的方式來探討問題，用事實而不是數據來說話，讓全員熟知公司的業務，定期反思更換隊員？。。。還有好多好多，受益匪淺 （但是不知道為啥看完還對自己的前程有點擔憂？自己太菜瞭）

評分##Netflix 前HR寫的書, 非常有名的 "culture deck"的寬展版，很多公司（包括敝司）都從中吸取若乾方案，但沒有那麼extreme. 書中不少建議對公司對員工都很中肯，可以看看
評分##推薦這本書。一，在同類型書籍中屬廢話少的，觀點簡潔，幾乎不重復。二，我曾經認定，隻有人人擠破腦門去服務的頂級公司這些HR的觀點纔有效。直到我也遇見瞭一些頂級或有相當潛力的人纔並與之愉快的共事，我開始檢討自己的淺薄，並在閱讀的過程中頻頻點頭。
