##21/喜欢netflix推出的一切！怀揣着希望开始看！// 后面一部分中英文交替读完了依旧是对奈飞赞不绝口！我最爱的就是每次都会一次性推出剧集，平时不太爱看剧的我竟然都追完了两部性爱自修室和去**的世界！我爱奈飞（可能我被洗脑了）不过他们管理方式真是很不错，印象深刻的是通过辩论的方式来探讨问题，用事实而不是数据来说话，让全员熟知公司的业务，定期反思更换队员？。。。还有好多好多，受益匪浅（但是不知道为啥看完还对自己的前程有点担忧？自己太菜了）

##culture isn't what you say, but what you do. 国内公司就算了吧，只能比比谁的企业文化更恶心。。所以没看完，越看越伤心????徒增烦恼

##适合人事和高管读，可借鉴性不高，但是提到的一个观点挺对的，公司不是家、更像是体育团队，人来人往挺好的。
