评分 评分##不知道为何成为“经典”,反正不推荐读。我是因为需要核对译稿不得不读的。这应该是一份针对底层低学历的销售人员的系列讲座的整理版吧。典型心灵鸡汤,平淡无奇、缺乏营养,翻来覆去重复讲相同的东西,很多案例莫名其妙,毫无逻辑可言。也这么说吧…《玛丽与马克思》中孤独的马克思那个隐形的朋友坐在角落里读得就是这本书,最后这位朋友从窗子纵身跃下,再没回来,从中可以管窥一下美国和澳大利亚对此书的态度。
评分 评分 评分##读起来很安利的味道。作者像吸了大麻一般地企图用一些很商业的事例来概括日常生活中所有与人交流的场景。现在社会多的就是溢美之词,而作者却鼓励多赞美少(或不)批评,友谊如果只靠夸奖来建造,那么只会是华而不实的豆腐渣宫殿。这种书教育出来的估计是和事佬或者圆滑诡诈的商场老奸吧
