##内容和写作不错，但进入国内实在太晚了。 80年代末期的著作，当时还是认知学派称霸心理学思想的时候，很多作者的观点，当时新鲜，现在实在已经有些老了。工业心理学的发展已经远远突破当年了。但对设计人员来说仍然是不可错过的读物，设计理念怎么发展也不能跳过当年的步骤。...

这是一本高屋建瓴、纵观全局但又细心讲解、细密入微的设计之书。凝练的原则+细致的论述+实际的例子+扩展的注解和引用，是这本书的基本写法。一本从各种角度来说都很好的好书（不包括作者吐槽的没有footnotes因为我看的kindle版有很好地把后面的注释对应到每个标记的位置）。受益良多，印象最深刻的是利用信息熵的方法来衡量对应于产品的feature及其对应control数量所产生的复杂度。反过来利用设计原则也是个很有意思的角度（为安全、权限、或者游戏的乐趣而进行反向的运用）接近末尾提到了文本的线性以及超链接的作用，恰好是我一直在思考的东西，不得不感慨，人家那么久之前（我看的是2002年版，说明最晚是这时候写进去的内容）就考虑到许多东西了。
