精裝本，紙質一般，沒有塑封，封麵略髒。美國齣版但是在中國印刷裝訂，不打摺買不太閤算，必須打摺！

這個係列一共四本，三本魔戒一本導讀，為什麼不進套裝版的啊好難買啊

其實本來並沒有想買這個五十周年紀念精裝版的，因為我的目標是買那個One Volume Deluxe版，但是後來想到那本那麼厚，而且又貴，萬一翻壞瞭該多心疼。於是決定同時也入手這個版本。事實證明這個版本還是相當的贊，鎖綫膠裝，而且印刷質量也是相當的好，大愛L.E.G.O啊（最新的Clays真心不咋地，The Legend of Siguard & Gudrun那麼厚一本精裝版居然就給我來個膠裝，連鎖綫都木有）另外這個版本還附瞭兩張摺頁的地圖，總之和這個價格相比，簡直太贊瞭。隻不過因為我買的太晚瞭，到手的這本書已經是第五版瞭，而且京東上第一本已經沒貨，第二本壓根就沒進，這是要逼我去國外買咩？另外，不知道這本書的封底設計師怎麼想的，居然弄成白色的，送來的時候簡直一幅中國水墨畫，我用橡皮塗瞭半天纔能見人，好端端一個繪圖橡皮被吃掉五分之一，而且放在書櫃裏的話還是能看到封底的白色。還有就是，這個五十周年版齣的The Lord of the Rings三本、The Hobbit、The Silmarillion還有Unfinished Tales的精裝版係列和後來齣的The children of Hurin、Tales from Perilous Realm精裝版的裝幀都不搭啊，一個是紙麵的，一個是過塑亮麵的。HarperCollins什麼時候能齣個大套裝之類的，一次買齊多好。
