第1篇润滑理论与润滑设计


第1章润滑膜特性



1.1润滑状态

润滑的目的是在相互摩擦表面之间形成具有法向承载能力而切向剪切强度低的稳定的润滑膜,用它来减少摩擦阻力和降低材料磨损。在现代工业中,用作润滑剂的流体种类繁多,除了最常用的润滑油和润滑脂之外,空气或气体润滑现在已相当普遍,用水或其他工业流体作为润滑剂也日益广泛,例如,在核反应堆里采用液态金属钠润滑。在某些场合也可以使用固体润滑剂,例如石墨、二硫化钼或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)等。所以,润滑膜可以是液体或气体组成的流体膜,也可以是固体膜。根据润滑膜的形成原理和特征,润滑状态可以分为: ①流体动压润滑; ②流体静压润滑; ③弹性流体动压润滑(简称弹流润滑); ④薄膜润滑; ⑤边界润滑; ⑥干摩擦状态等6种基本状态。表1��1列出了各种润滑状态的基本特
