早就是京东钻石会员,这次购物突然发现京东好多环节还需要优化,1是客服专业水准需要提高,因为用到支票支付,下的大单被自动分成四个子订单,客服专员都不知道支票只开一张就可以,竟然说需要四张支票balabala,甚至同事同样购买支票支付,咨询客服说支票支付发票不支持明细,竟然不知道电子发票。2客户客服体验差,因为其中一个订单临时采购,造成事件拖拉,18号下单后一直没有动静,在与多次客服沟通时,客服只会机械应答,没货等着,因为牵扯发票报销想建议客服给催促进度无果,甚至于24日中午12:20沟通的客服,竟然态度恶劣,让取消订单,岂知取消订单,整个支票流程会变得巨麻烦无比,气的我直接挂断,都忘了给他差评。需要点明,我下单时一直有货,即使在沟通时,页面显示依然有货,可以随时下单,但是结果,18号的单直到27号才到货,这个速度也是醉了。虽然说100本书中只有这一本晚到,但是,支票支付导致整个流程受阻,体验不好,作为一名京东的忠实用户,真心希望京东自营优化流程,多从用户角度出发,打通反馈沟通渠道,做好自己的口碑,首次打一星,该努力啊
