《經濟藍皮書：2013年中國經濟形勢分析與預測》描述瞭在世界經濟復蘇乏力、歐洲主權債務危機反復波動的國際大背景下，中國經濟發展情況，並就經濟運行、農業生産、工業生産、産業結構、就業情況、居民收入、物價等方麵進行細緻分析，得齣2012年經濟運行的基本情況。
同時，藍皮書對2013年經濟形勢進行預測指齣，2013年國際環境仍然復雜嚴峻，國內經濟運行中深層次問題尚待解決，但中國經濟發展具有較多有利條件，有望進一步企穩迴升，增長幅度區間將取決於國際大環境與內部深層次結構調整的進展。

內容簡介

在世界經濟復蘇乏力、歐洲主權債務危機反復波動的國際大背景下，中國經濟增速齣現迴落，預計2012年增長幅度為7.5%左右。前三季度迴落幅度逐季收窄，經濟運行整體企穩，農業生産形勢良好，工業生産雖然有所放緩，但産業結構不斷優化。依靠內需支撐，市場消費平穩，投資增長依然較快；受發達國傢經濟復蘇乏力的影響，外需迴落明顯。另外，就業情況基本穩定、居民收入增長較快、物價漲幅迴落，顯示經濟運行整體健康。
2013年國際環境仍然復雜嚴峻，國內經濟運行中深層次問題尚待解決，但中國經濟發展具有較多有利條件，有望進一步企穩迴升，增長幅度區間將取決於國際大環境與內部深層次結構調整的進展。
穩增長是當前經濟工作中的首要任務，同時需要處理好穩增長和調結構、轉方式與深化改革間的關係。通過穩定投資增長、優化投資結構，擴大結構性減稅力度、適當降低增值稅標準稅率等措施實現經濟穩中求進。同時促進技術與製度創新，提高勞動力素質，培養經濟長期增長潛力。

作者簡介

陳佳貴，第十屆、第十一屆全國人大常委會委員，中國社會科學院原副院長，中國社會科學院經濟學部主任、研究員，長期從事中國經濟研究，代錶作有《現代大中型企業的經營與發展》、《經濟改革與發展中的若乾重大問題研究》、《經濟改革與經濟發展戰略》等。作品多次獲孫冶方經濟科學奬。

李揚， 中國社會科學院副院長、研究員，長期從事中國經濟相關研究，涉及貨幣、銀行、金融市場等領域，專著《財政補貼經濟分析》獲1990年孫冶方經濟科學奬著作奬。其他代錶作包括《中國金融改革研究》、《金融全球化研究》等。
