《电力系统光纤通信运行管理规程》是对DL／T 547一1 994《电力系统光纤通信运行管理规程》进行修订。
《中华人民共和国电力行业标准（DL/T 547-2010·代替DL/T 547-1994）电力系统光纤通信运行管理规程》与DL／T 547-1994版比较有以下一些主要变化：
——增加了“前言”、“范围”、“术语、定义和缩略语”和“规范性引用文件”，删除了“总则”；
——修改了各级行政机构的名称，将部、网局、省局、地区局、县局等机构名称，统一为各级“通信机构”；
——增加了“运行管理”、“检修管理”、“备品备件”、“统计分析”的相关内容；
——删除了“安全管理”、“运行统计与评价”、“报表制度”的相关内容；
——删除了附录A“光纤通信工程的竣工验收和试运行管理暂行规定”。
《中华人民共和国电力行业标准（DL/T 547-2010·代替DL/T 547-1994）电力系统光纤通信运行管理规程》实施后代替DL／T 547-1 994.。
